Console management
We run the Azure console for you: resources, access and environment configuration.
Your Azure bill arrives every month, and no one on your team can say which part
of it you still need. We run your Microsoft cloud, from the console and costs
to support, so you don't need cloud experts on your payroll.
Azure Expert MSP · 8+ years keeping companies running in the United States and Latin America
What runs on your servers today can run in Azure, with someone accountable for it.
CPU, memory and disk are sized on what each server runs today, and we operate them from the console.
Your team's work desktop runs in Azure and is managed with the rest of the environment, under the same service and the same accountable team.
Each server's storage and backups are set up inside the environment and added to continuous monitoring.
The network that connects your servers, desktops and users is managed from the same console as everything else.
What your managed Azure includes
We run the Azure console for you: resources, access and environment configuration.
We watch the environment constantly and act when something falls outside normal.
Every incident and technical request is handled with the priority and time agreed in your contract.
We manage your subscriptions and Microsoft billing within the same service.
We review your consumption and bring you proposals so the bill reflects what you use.
The service is proactive: we propose adjustments before the environment demands them.
Your case goes straight to a level 2 engineer, with no first-line filters.
We're your first support channel and escalate to Microsoft when the case requires it.
What you gain with Azure managed by TecnetOne as your MSP
Signing up for Azure takes an afternoon. Keeping the environment healthy and the bill under control is the everyday work.
The console, the costs and the support are on us. Your IT team doesn't have to train anyone in Azure.
We're your first support channel and escalate to the vendor when needed. You never open cases with Microsoft yourself.
We optimize your consumption costs and bring you operational improvement proposals. Any overspend shows up in the numbers.
With your current cloud bill or your workloads, we estimate the monthly consumption and the service fee before you sign.
Every incident has a priority and a response time written into your contract.
If you add a second cloud or need 24/7 coverage, the service moves up to an extended tier without changing providers.
Servers with their CPU, memory and disk, operating system, how many people log in at once, which solution runs there and whether it needs a database license.
With that assessment, we size the Azure environment and estimate the monthly consumption before you sign.
We copy the data to the target environment and test that applications respond just as they do today.
Your operation moves to the new environment in a controlled way, and the project comes with a guarantee. We only migrate to Azure or AWS.
Once the migration is done, the environment moves under the managed service: console, monitoring, costs and support.

The standards behind our work
Azure managed services are the day-to-day operation of a company's Microsoft Azure environment by a specialized provider (an MSP): console management, monitoring, incident handling, billing and cost optimization. Azure is Microsoft's cloud computing platform, where a company runs servers, desktops, databases and backups in Microsoft data centers and pays for what it consumes. They're a different thing from Azure Managed Applications, a Microsoft product with a similar name.
Azure console management, continuous environment monitoring, handling of incidents and technical requests, support for your subscriptions and Microsoft billing, cost optimization and operational improvement proposals. Support goes straight to a level 2 engineer, and TecnetOne is your first channel with Microsoft. It all comes in the same service as your consumption.
Azure Expert MSP is the designation Microsoft gives to Azure managed service providers that pass an independent audit of their operations, processes and customer results. TecnetOne holds that designation and is also a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), so your environment is run by a team whose way of working has been reviewed by Microsoft, and your Azure billing can come through us.
The cost has two parts: the consumption of the resources you run in Azure, which Microsoft meters, and the managed service, calculated as a percentage of that consumption. To estimate it, we need your current cloud bill or, if you don't use Azure yet, the workloads you want to move: servers with CPU, memory and disk, operating system, concurrent users and the solution running there. With that, we give you a monthly estimate in USD before you sign.
It's a project quoted once. It starts with an assessment of what runs today and the sizing of the target environment; then comes data replication and testing; and it ends with a controlled go-live that carries a project guarantee. We migrate from physical servers or from another cloud, always to Azure or AWS. When it's done, the environment moves under the managed service.
A TecnetOne level 2 engineer takes it directly, with the priority and response time agreed in your contract. If the case needs the vendor, we escalate it to Microsoft: you don't open the case or follow up on it. That's the difference from buying Microsoft support directly, where your own team opens and tracks each case.
If you already use Azure, your current cloud bill. If you're just starting, the workloads: servers with CPU, memory and disk, operating system, how many people use each server at the same time, which solution runs there and whether it needs a database license. With that, we size the environment and put together the proposal.
Incidents are handled with the priority and response time agreed in your contract. US customers get support on extended hours that cover US time zones, in English and Spanish, and the extended tier adds 24/7 coverage.
Let's start with your environment
Send us your current Azure bill or tell us what runs on your servers today.
The proposal starts there.
