8+ years keeping companies running in the United States and Latin America
Business firewall for every starting point
Find your case below. It sets the hardware and the policy.
Your first firewall
Replacing the one you have
You'd rather not run it
Everything included in your managed perimeter firewall
One monthly fee and one accountable team.
What you gain with firewall management services
Installing a firewall takes an afternoon. Keeping it properly configured a year later is the real work.
No hardware purchase
The firewall is part of the monthly fee. Your company doesn't spend capital on the hardware or its license.
Arrives configured for your network
The device ships with your rules already loaded. You plug it in and we finish the setup remotely.
Rules change with you
A new branch, a new ERP, a new vendor: we make the policy change. A policy nobody touches for a year stops doing its job.
An engineer, not a portal
When you need access granted or a block reviewed, the TecnetOne team that manages your firewall handles it. Support is included.
If the device fails, we replace it
Replacement on failure is included. Your operation doesn't wait for someone to approve an emergency purchase.
An operating expense
The service is billed monthly as an operating expense. There's no asset to capitalize or depreciate.
How the managed firewall service works
We measure your network
How many people sit behind the firewall, how many branches you have and how much bandwidth you've contracted. That determines the right hardware for you.
We define the policies with you
What's allowed, what's blocked and who gets into each area. It's agreed before the device is turned on.
It arrives ready to plug in
The firewall ships preconfigured with your rules; you plug it in and we finish the setup remotely.
We keep the perimeter up to date
We monitor the device and apply the patches. Every policy change you ask for is on us.
At the end of the term, you decide
At 36 months you can renew with new hardware or extend the service with the current one. You can also return it.
THE FULL SERVICE
Hardware, license and management in one service: firewall as a service, on premises
All three parts arrive together, with one accountable team.
The hardware
The license
The management

NEO answers common questions about managed firewalls
A managed firewall is a network firewall run by a specialized provider instead of the internal IT team. The firewall is the device that separates a company's internal network from the internet and decides, connection by connection, which traffic gets through, for the whole network and every branch from one point of control. The provider sets the initial rules with the company, monitors the device, applies patches and handles policy changes, while the company keeps control of the decisions.
In the United States, firewall as a service usually means a firewall delivered from the cloud as part of a SASE platform. TecnetOne's model is on-premises firewall as a service: the hardware, its advanced protection license and the management come in one monthly fee. The device sits in your office and we run it.
No. The hardware and its protection license are included in the monthly fee, so there's no upfront purchase and no separate renewals. We install Sophos XGS firewalls with the Xstream advanced protection license, sized for your network and the internet service you have, and if one fails, we replace it.
TecnetOne owns the hardware for the entire service, which has a standard 36-month term. When it ends, you can continue with new hardware or extend the service with the current hardware for an additional fee. You can also return it. That's why you don't pay for the hardware upfront or carry its depreciation.
A next-generation firewall (NGFW) doesn't just check where a connection comes from: it also identifies which application is using it and what content it carries. That lets it block a specific application without cutting off everything else, inspect encrypted connections and stop known intrusion attempts. In TecnetOne's service, the vendor's advanced protection license is included in the monthly fee.
They protect different places and work together. The firewall works at the edge of the network and filters the traffic coming in and going out; antivirus works inside each computer and server, where it detects and stops what's already running there. A laptop connected from a coffee shop is outside the office firewall's coverage, and that's where the device's own protection takes over. See the managed business antivirus we offer.
TecnetOne. Support is part of the managed service and included in the same fee, and the hardware vendor's support is part of the package too. Your company doesn't buy separate support plans or open cases with the vendor on its own. If you already have a Sophos firewall, we can quote its license with TecnetOne support.
It depends on three details: how many people sit behind the firewall, how many branches you have and how much bandwidth you've contracted. With that, we size the hardware and put together the proposal. The service is billed monthly in USD, plus applicable taxes, with a standard 36-month term. There's no demo beforehand: the firewall arrives configured for your network from the start.
Let's start with your network
Tell us how many people and branches you have, and what internet service you use. The proposal starts there.
Hardware and license are part of the service: one monthly fee.
