The AWS services we run, based on where you start

Every company comes to Amazon Web Services from a different place. The work starts there.

  1. 01

You already have an AWS account

We take it as it is and review its resources, access and billing. From the first month, it's under monitoring and we run it. The account stays in your company's name.

  2. 02

    Your workload fits Amazon better

When the solution you run fits Amazon better, we size the environment with your real workloads and run it from the console.

  3. 03

You're coming from your own servers

We migrate servers and applications with an assessment, replication and a go-live backed by a project guarantee. Then we stay on to run them.

  4. 04

The bill grew and no one reviews it

We review your consumption against what you actually use and bring you proposals to optimize it. The decision to apply them is yours.

What managing your AWS account covers

Console run by TecnetOne

We manage the account's resources, access and configuration; you keep ownership and the decisions.

Continuous monitoring

The environment is watched constantly, and every deviation is handled as an incident, with its priority.

Incidents and requests

Every technical case comes in with a priority and a response time agreed in your contract.

Account and billing with Amazon

Your account changes and billing are handled within the same service.

Consumption optimization

We review what you pay against what you use and propose the adjustments to optimize consumption.

Proactive operational improvement

The service proposes changes before the environment demands them.

Level 2, no filters

A level 2 engineer takes your case directly, without going through a first-level desk.

Escalation with Amazon

We're your first channel and, when the case requires it, we escalate it to AWS and follow up.

What changes when TecnetOne is your AWS managed service provider

Having an account switched on and having it run by a team are two different things.

The account stops depending on one person

Whoever opened it is no longer the only one who knows how it works. Operations are in the hands of a team that's accountable for it.

You pay for what you use, and someone checks that you do

Amazon meters consumption; we review what's extra and what's missing, with specific proposals.

Amazon stays behind us, and you never open the case

When a problem is on the vendor's side, we escalate it to AWS and keep you posted on progress.

Response times set by contract

Every incident has a priority and a response time written into your contract. Neither depends on the day's workload.

Start with what you already have

There's no need to rebuild the account or move workloads to get started: we run what exists and improve it as we go.

One cloud or two, the same team

If your operation also runs on Azure, the extended tier covers both clouds with the same accountable team.

How we start: AWS consulting and assessment for your account

Five steps between the account you have today and an account with someone accountable for it.

We read your bill and your workloads

With your current AWS bill, or the servers you want to move, we size the service and give you a monthly estimate before you sign.

We take over the account

We agree on account access and a technical contact on your side. The account still belongs to your company.

We put the environment under watch

We turn on continuous monitoring of the environment: from then on, every deviation comes in as an incident or request.

We handle every case

Incidents, requests and changes come through us with the agreed priority and time; if needed, we escalate to Amazon.

We review consumption

We compare what you pay with what you use and bring you operational improvement proposals to optimize consumption.

NEO answers common questions about managed AWS services

Managed services for AWS are the day-to-day operation of a company's Amazon Web Services account by a specialized provider: console management, monitoring, incident handling, billing and cost optimization. AWS is Amazon's cloud computing platform, where a company runs servers, databases, storage and applications in Amazon data centers and pays for what it consumes. AWS Managed Services (AMS) is a separate offering run by Amazon itself; TecnetOne, an AWS Partner, works as your managed service provider, with one team accountable for your account.

Yes, and it's the most common case. We take the account as it is and review its resources, access and billing. From the first month, it's under continuous monitoring and we run it. The account stays in your company's name; what changes is who's accountable for it.

The ones that keep a business running: servers and virtual machines, databases, storage and backups, networking and access, and the applications that run on them. Everything is managed from the same console and under the same service; in the initial review, we define with you what's in scope.

Two items: the consumption of the resources you run in AWS, which Amazon meters, and the managed service, calculated as a percentage of that consumption. To estimate it, your current AWS bill is enough; if you don't have an account yet, the workloads you want to move: servers with CPU, memory and disk, operating system, concurrent users and the solution running there. The estimate comes in USD.

Yes. If you already run on AWS, there's no need to move workloads or rebuild the account: we start by running what exists, and improvements are applied as we go, with your approval. Migration only comes in when you're moving from your own servers or another cloud, and it's quoted as a separate project with a guarantee.

Base operations cover a single cloud provider. When your operation runs on AWS and Azure at the same time, the extended tier applies: it covers both clouds with the same team, plus 24/7 support, patch management, architecture and active cost optimization.

The TecnetOne team that runs your account takes it directly, with the priority and response time agreed in your contract. If the problem is on the vendor's side, we open and follow the case with Amazon Web Services; you just get the updates.

If you already use AWS, your current cloud bill. If you're just starting, the workloads: servers with CPU, memory and disk, operating system, how many people use each server at the same time, which solution runs there and whether it needs a database license. With that, we size the service and put together the proposal.

Incidents are handled with the priority and response time agreed in your contract. US customers get support on extended hours that cover US time zones, in English and Spanish, and the extended tier adds 24/7 coverage.

Your AWS account, with someone accountable for it

Tell us how your account looks today, or what runs on your servers, and you'll get a proposal with consumption and operations listed separately.

The account stays yours. Running it becomes our job.
