What you gain with our 24/7 network monitoring

The platform flags the problem; the service is solving it.

We catch the failure before anyone reports it

We see the downed link or the full disk the moment it happens. Your team stops hearing about problems from a user's call.

24/7 monitoring by our own analysts

Someone is on shift at 3 a.m., on Sundays and on holidays. Our own team covers that shift from our NOC in Querétaro, Mexico, in English or Spanish.

Every alert comes with an engineer behind it

An engineer diagnoses each alert and carries out the agreed procedure. You hear about the incident and the fix in the same message.

Response times set by contract

The maximum response time for each priority is written into your contract and measured every month. It doesn't depend on the day's workload.

You know what to scale and when

Reports show saturation and usage trends, so your next infrastructure investment is decided with data.

Platform, operations and support in one service

We install the monitoring platform and run it for you. Your company doesn't buy separate licenses or train anyone to use them.

Everything we connect to your IT infrastructure monitoring

NEO answers common questions about network monitoring

Network monitoring is the continuous oversight of the elements that keep a computer network running: internet links, switches, routers, firewalls, access points and the services that run over them. A platform constantly measures availability, latency and usage and raises an alert when something moves outside the defined thresholds. In a managed service like TecnetOne's, an on-shift engineer takes that alert, runs the diagnosis and carries out the agreed procedure.

A NOC (network operations center) is the team, and the place, that oversees a company's infrastructure around the clock. Unlike a tool that only sends alerts, a NOC has analysts on shift who interpret each event, diagnose it and handle it until it's closed. TecnetOne's NOC runs 24/7 with our own analysts in Querétaro, Mexico, and support in English and Spanish.

Anything with an IP address or a management interface: links and bandwidth, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, Windows and Linux servers, virtual machines, storage, databases, cloud services and business applications such as your ERP or CRM. In the initial assessment, we define with you which assets are in scope.

The alert doesn't stop at an automated email. An on-shift engineer takes it, confirms the scope, runs the diagnosis and applies the procedure agreed for that asset. If the incident involves a third party, such as your internet provider, we open the ticket and follow up until it's resolved.

No. The service includes the monitoring platform, its configuration and its operation: we install it, set your environment's thresholds and keep it running. If your company already has a platform in place, we assess it and tell you whether it makes sense to keep it or replace it.

Days, not weeks. Taking the inventory and connecting the first assets happen in parallel; the total time depends on how many assets are in scope and how quickly admin access is granted.

They're different and complementary. A NOC handles availability and performance: making sure services are up and responding well. Threat detection and response to an attack are the work of a SOC, which is covered by TecnetSOC, our SOC as a Service that monitors and responds around the clock.

You get a team that works every event until it's closed and answers for the result, instead of a stream of loose alerts for your staff to sort through. We set your environment's thresholds and cover every shift with our own analysts, with support in English and Spanish and the practices of an ISO 27001-certified company. You skip hiring and training a 24/7 team of your own.

Monitoring and alert handling run 24/7 for every customer from our NOC in Querétaro, Mexico. For US customers, support also runs on extended hours that cover US time zones, in English and Spanish.

Your infrastructure, watched around the clock

We start by taking your inventory, and the proposal is built from it.
