Yes. You can upgrade at any time without losing data, and downgrade at the end of the annual term. You can also move from Business to Enterprise if you go over 300 users.

Two-step verification, data encryption and anti-phishing protection come with every plan. Business Premium adds Microsoft Defender for Business and Defender for Office 365, Intune to manage devices and Purview tools to prevent data leaks; Enterprise plans add even more advanced protection.

It's an add-on purchased on top of an eligible base plan (Business Basic, Standard, Premium, Apps for business or an Enterprise plan), billed per user per month with an annual commitment. We quote it based on the number of Copilot licenses you need.

Yes, on plans with desktop apps. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook work offline and sync when the connection comes back. Business Basic requires internet because it only includes web apps.

After you cancel, the subscription keeps full access for 30 days, then moves to a limited state for 90 more days where only admins can sign in and back up data, after which it's deleted. We help you back everything up (email, files, contacts) before that deadline. For ongoing protection, TecnetProtect Backup backs up your Microsoft 365 email and files with immutable copies.

Home plans are for personal use, with @outlook.com addresses and no central administration. Business plans use your own domain, with central management and company billing. Any company with two or more employees needs a business plan.
