Your team works anywhere; their PC lives in the cloud
Windows 365 turns each workstation into a subscription, with no high-performance hardware to buy and no machines to set up one by one.
-
01
The same desktop on any device
The office laptop, the tablet at home or a borrowed computer: users sign in and find everything where they left it. The desktop travels with them, whatever the hardware.
-
02
Your data lives in the cloud
If a device is lost or breaks, the data was never on it. The Cloud PC stays intact in Microsoft data centers, and the user carries on from another device.
-
03
A new workstation in minutes
Onboarding a new hire no longer means buying and setting up a machine: you assign the license and their Cloud PC is ready. Offboarding is just as fast.
-
04
Every workstation costs the same each month
Each Cloud PC is a subscription sized to what each person does, from 2 vCPUs for light tasks to GPU-enabled machines for design and engineering, with no hardware refresh.
Windows 365 plans: Business and Enterprise
The right plan depends on how many users you have and how you manage your devices today.
Windows 365 Business
Up to 300 users
- A personal Cloud PC for each user, with no additional infrastructure.
- Managed from the Windows 365 portal, with no Intune or Entra ID licenses required.
- Thirteen Cloud PC sizes, from 2 vCPUs and 4 GB of RAM to 16 vCPUs and 64 GB.
- Works with the Microsoft 365 desktop apps, Outlook and OneDrive.
Windows 365 Enterprise
Unlimited users
- Cloud PCs managed with Microsoft Intune, alongside the rest of your devices.
- Custom images with your organization's apps.
- Sizes up to 32 vCPUs and 128 GB of RAM, with GPU options for design and engineering.
- Requires Windows E3, Intune and Microsoft Entra ID P1 licenses per user.
How a Cloud PC gets set up
We size each profile
Together we define the work profiles and the compute each one needs: virtual processors, memory and storage. Someone who lives in Excel doesn't need what a video editor needs.
We license on your tenant
We activate per-user subscriptions on your company's Microsoft tenant. Your users sign in with the same account they already use for email and Teams.
Your team signs in from any device
Each user opens their Cloud PC from a browser or the Windows app, on whatever device is in front of them, and finds their desktop, apps and files.
We adjust as your operation changes
If a role needs more capacity, its Cloud PC grows without new hardware. If a team changes size, we review the licenses with you.
Every Cloud PC fits into your Zero Trust approach
Windows 365 security is managed with the same Microsoft tools that already protect your identities and devices. Learn about our Zero Trust approach.
Identity with Microsoft Entra ID
Conditional access and multifactor authentication at every Cloud PC sign-in, with the policies you already apply to the rest of your accounts.
Data off the device
Information is processed and stored in Microsoft data centers, so a stolen or damaged device carries no company data.
Management with Intune
On the Enterprise plan, each Cloud PC gets patches, policies and apps just like your physical devices, from a single console.
Optional monitoring with TecnetSOC
If you want 24/7 monitoring of your Cloud PCs and their identities, TecnetSOC adds them to its watch.
Windows 365 with a Microsoft CSP partner, not a shopping cart
We're a Microsoft CSP partner and an ISO 27001 certified company. The license is the same through any channel; what changes is who looks after you.
One point of contact
TecnetOne handles your questions and license changes, with billing in USD. We're your first line of support.
The right compute for every role
We look at what each team runs before assigning processors, memory and storage, and we review the fit when your operation changes.
Works with what you already use
The Cloud PC runs on the same tenant as your Microsoft 365 licenses, so your users sign in with the same account and find Teams, Office and OneDrive.
Windows 365 or Azure Virtual Desktop, depending on your case
We work with both. If your scenario calls for shared desktops or variable workloads, we'll tell you and move you to Azure Virtual Desktop.

The standards behind our work
NEO answers common questions about Windows 365
Windows 365 is the Microsoft service that delivers a full PC in the cloud, called a Cloud PC: a Windows computer with apps and files that lives in Microsoft data centers and opens from any device, for a fixed monthly subscription per user. Companies can buy it through a CSP partner like TecnetOne, which sizes and manages the licenses for them.
It's a fixed monthly subscription per user. The price depends on the plan (Business or Enterprise) and on the size of each Cloud PC: virtual processors, RAM and storage. At TecnetOne we quote by work profile, so each role gets the compute it needs without paying for spare capacity. Quotes come in USD.
Windows 365 gives each user a personal Cloud PC, with a fixed monthly price and simple management. It fits when each person needs their own machine. Azure Virtual Desktop is billed on Azure consumption, supports desktops shared by several users and needs a technical team to run it, so it suits large-scale scenarios or variable workloads. TecnetOne works with both and helps you choose.
Microsoft 365 is the productivity suite: email, Word, Excel and Teams. Windows 365 is the full computer in the cloud where those apps run. They work together: each user's Cloud PC opens the same Microsoft 365 apps your company already licenses, with the same account.
Yes. The Cloud PC opens from the Windows app or a web browser on Mac, iPad, Android, Linux or any PC. The user sees a full Windows desktop, whatever the operating system of the device they connect from.
Their work is safe. The data lives in the Cloud PC, inside Microsoft data centers, and the physical device holds none of it. The user signs in from another device and picks up their desktop exactly where they left it.
A Microsoft tenant with accounts for your users and an internet connection. The Business plan, built for companies with up to 300 users, needs no additional infrastructure. The Enterprise plan integrates with Microsoft Intune to manage Cloud PCs with your organization's policies. At TecnetOne we review your scenario and tell you which plan to start with.
Yes. Windows 365 is Microsoft's desktop as a service (DaaS): the desktop runs in Microsoft's cloud and the company pays a subscription per user instead of buying and maintaining hardware. Each user gets a dedicated Cloud PC at a fixed monthly price; for shared desktops or consumption-based billing, Microsoft's option is Azure Virtual Desktop.
By sizing each Cloud PC to the work it does. Most of the savings come from avoiding oversized machines: someone working in email and spreadsheets doesn't need the vCPUs and RAM of a video editor. We define the profiles before licensing, and when a role or team changes, we review usage and adjust sizes or licenses with you.
TecnetOne is your first line of support for license changes and requests, and we escalate to Microsoft when a case needs it. US customers get support on extended hours that cover US time zones, in English and Spanish.
