Google Workspace backup

Google Workspace backup is an independent copy of an organization's Gmail messages, Drive files, calendars and contacts, stored outside the Google environment. Under the shared responsibility model, Google keeps the service available, but protecting data against deletion, ransomware or departing staff is the customer's responsibility; the native trash and retention settings have limits.
