This is what happens when you don't have a right hand to lean on
-
01
A ticket can take days
You open a case and wait in a generic queue, with no one taking ownership of the root cause.
-
02
An overloaded team
Hiring and keeping a cloud specialist is hard, so your generalist ends up improvising between tickets, with no time for what actually moves the business.
-
03
The bill catches you off guard
Unused resources, phantom storage, data transfer no one saw coming: no one at the company has time to audit before the charge arrives.
-
04
You don't know what to do during an outage or an attack
When something goes down or someone gets in where they shouldn't, the clock is running and you don't know who to call first.

We coordinate with the right people on your team
Our team works with yours based on the agreed responsibilities: where we start, possible scenarios and more.
We start running our part
We put the plan in motion and take over incident handling, support requests, the console and monitoring.

NEO answers the most common questions
Managed cloud services (or managed cloud) mean that a specialized provider runs a company's infrastructure on platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services: it manages the console, monitors the environment, optimizes costs and handles support, so the company doesn't need cloud specialists on its payroll.
It includes management of your cloud console, continuous monitoring of the environment, incident and request handling with direct level 2 support, subscription and billing management, and proposals to improve operations. Higher service tiers add 24/7 coverage, multi-cloud support, network monitoring, patch management, architecture and FinOps. Migrations to Azure or AWS are handled as a separate project.
The base tier covers essential operations during business hours, with extended hours for US customers: console, monitoring, incidents, subscriptions and improvement proposals. The higher tier adds 24/7 coverage, multi-cloud support, network monitoring, patching, architecture and redesign, FinOps and a monthly health review of your environment. Both share the same SLA and the same direct access to engineers.
Every incident has a response time and a resolution time guaranteed by contract, prioritized by severity. It's a written clause in your contract.
The cost is based on your monthly cloud usage. With your current bill (or the details of your workloads: VMs, vCPU, RAM, disk, operating system, concurrent users and database licensing), we prepare a proposal with the estimated usage and the recommended service tier, with no fine print.
Most high bills come from resources no one turned off, storage that's no longer used or instances oversized for the real workload. As part of operations, we review your usage month by month and tell you exactly what to delete or resize, for as long as we work together.
Operations include secure administration best practices for your environment. Managed cloud security, with 24/7 threat detection and response, is a complementary service: TecnetSOC's Cloud SOC monitors your cloud's security posture and responds to incidents.
Backups of the environment are part of the operations scope. For business continuity, TecnetProtect DR continuously replicates your servers and, if something fails, brings up an identical environment in the cloud within minutes.
