June brought new features to TecnetSOC, and they're all already working in your portal. These are the ones you'll notice first. The thread that ties them together is autonomy: your portal now puts more of your service in your hands, with no tickets in between and on your own schedule.
TecnetSOC now looks at your company from the outside

The question "how exposed are we?" now has its own screen. The new attack surface module brings together your domains, open services, expiring certificates and exposed technologies, with an overall score and findings sorted by severity.
Every finding opens with our team's analysis in business language, and the technical evidence sits underneath for when you need it.
- The score comes with a comparison against a national benchmark, so the number is no longer an isolated figure.
- You can verify your domains and resolve a finding, and TecnetSOC re-verifies it. The progress is recorded in the finding itself.
- We also check whether your team's passwords appear in public breaches.
TecnetSOC now opens the case file to you

Every incident and every investigation is a live case file in your portal, and you can step in and reply.
It's the difference between getting a diagnosis by email and being in the room for the consultation.
- "Ask the SOC" opens the conversation inside the case, and our team answers right there.
- Every recommendation has an owner: what TecnetSOC resolves and what needs action on your side.
- If you disagree with the result, you can request a review of the case or mark it as a false positive.
The portal assistant answers with the source in view

Am I protected? Which threats were blocked this month? Now you can ask directly in your portal. The Portal Assistant answers with your account's information and cites where each figure comes from.
And it answers with judgment: for now it's read-only, so it doesn't turn on modules or change settings. If you ask for something outside its scope, it tells you clearly and points you to the way to enable it.
- It answers portal questions with TecnetOne's verified documentation, with the source in view.
- When leadership asks for an update, you have the executive summary in one click, with data from your operation and in language that needs no translation.
TecnetProtect Backup: your backup plan, in your hands

TecnetProtect Backup launched a new management experience. You connect your devices, choose what to protect and manage everything from your portal, whenever you need to.
- One plan covers several devices. You pick the devices you want to protect from a list, see how many are fine and how many need attention, and add or remove one without rebuilding the plan.

- Choose what to protect visually. Folders are selected from a browsable tree and your virtual machines appear by name.
- Restore the whole machine. The "Entire device" option creates a full image of the machine, and you can also back up your database servers with all their databases.
- Retention lock protects your copies. It prevents anyone from deleting a backup or shortening its retention early, even with administrator access.
- A new device is protected and backed up within minutes. With step-by-step instructions for Windows, macOS and Linux, you see your real schedule and your next backup, and you get an alert if one fails.
If TecnetSOC manages your backups, you'll see them marked as managed by our team.
More updates you can already use
Reports. You now create them from the portal: you choose the analysis, what it includes, who receives it and how often. A person on our team reviews them before they go out, and while that happens you see them marked "Under review by TecnetOne."
Inventory. The device list updates itself as your fleet changes, with duplicate cleanup so the count is reliable. When a device leaves operation, it's retired from its own page and the portal asks for confirmation first.
First sign-in. TecnetSOC is with you from the first minute: if no data is connected yet, it explains why instead of showing zeros, and the guided tour of each module adapts to your service, with pause and resume whenever you want.
And in the details: the dashboard loads faster, you can recover your access on your own, reset second-factor authentication from user management, and choose which contacts on your team we call when an incident requires it.
What June brings you
Your security stops being something you hear about once a month and becomes something you can see, ask about and show at any time.
That's where TecnetSOC is headed: you have control and the answers at hand, with our team behind every analysis when severity is high.
In your portal, the updates section has the full history and marks what's already included in your service.
Future updates are also built on what you tell us. If there is something you want to see in TecnetSOC, write to us at hola@tecnetone.com
